Winter Session Details
The Cavalier Wrestling Club's (CWC) Winter Session is for a range of ages and experience, from beginner to more advanced. Below is practice information for each age level.
Pee Wee (5-7 years old)
Dec. 2, 2014 – Feb. 24, 2015
Tuesdays, 6:15-7:15 pm
Albemarle High School, 2775 Hydraulic Rd.
Elementary & Middle School
Dec. 1, 2014 – Feb. 26, 2015
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6:00-7:30 pm
UVA Wrestling Room-Onesty Hall, 300 Massie Rd.
Parents Note: New this year is our three-night-a-week practice schedule. Monday's practices will focus on basic techniques geared toward beginners. Wednesday's practices will concentrate on more advanced techniques for our more experienced wrestlers. And Thursday nights will be designated for live wrestling and competition. Wrestlers just starting out (1-2 years experience) are encouraged to attend practices on Mondays and Thursdays. Wrestlers with slightly more experience (3+ years) are encouraged to come to practice on Wednesdays and Thursdays. (Any wrestler that wishes to take advantage of practice on all three nights is welcome to do so.) Weekly schedule
